What are the closest metro stations to the cinema?You can exit at Place des Arts station (green line), then take bus 80 (du Parc) or 435 (express du Parc) northbound, or bus 129 (Côte Ste-Catherine) northbound . Place des Arts station is located 800 meters from the cinema. You can also exit at Sherbrooke station (orange line), then take bus 24 (Sherbrooke) westbound. The Sherbrooke station is located 1.6 km from the cinema.

What are the opening hours of the cinema?The doors open about 20 minutes before the first session of the day (around 11:30 a.m.), while they close about 20 minutes after the last session of the evening (around 10:00 p.m.).

How does the screening process work?A programming committee oversees the choice of films shown according to the works available for the big screen.

How do I know if the film I want to see will still be showing the following week?The programming of films is made by our programming team every Monday, according to new releases but also to the results and popularity of films already showing. The schedules for the new week starting on Friday are therefore posted on our website on Tuesday at the end of the day.

Why is your cinema announcing a film that it is not showing?The Cinéma du Parc hosts several special events that rent out its rooms throughout the year. The films presented are at the discretion of the events and these do not necessarily integrate the regular programming.

How can I buy tickets online?Just click on a blue ticket in the file of a film or go to the online ticketing. Choose the date, movie, time you want. Indicate the number of tickets, then enter your email address and click on “Next”. Select your seat(s) on the seating plan. Click on “Next”, then fill in your credit card information. Click on “Confirm”. You will receive a transaction receipt to confirm your purchase in your email account.

Can I buy pre-sale tickets through the online ticket office?Yes, when a screening is available for presale, you can purchase tickets online. All you have to do is select the date and screening of the film of your choice.

An online ticket purchase has been charged twice, or the amount is incorrect. What can I do about it?Write to direction@cinemaduparc.com making sure to mention the last four (4) digits of the credit card with which the transaction has been settled. You will be quickly contacted by an employee who will follow up with you.

Does the cinema have access to our banking information?No, only the last four (4) digits of the credit card used to make the transaction are visible.

How can I retrieve tickets booked online?Introduce yourself to the cinema ticket office or to the terminal provided for this purpose, at the entrance to the cinema. Have your transaction receipt on hand (no need to print it if you have it on your smartphone) or the credit card used during the purchase. Important: your receipt is not a ticket, you absolutely must exchange it for a ticket.

Can several people use the same cine-card or gift card?Yes, the cards are not personal. However, a maximum of two (2) tickets for the same screening can be purchased with a cine-card.

Can a guest who resides outside of Canada purchase Movie Cards or Movie Gift Cards for friends or relatives living in Canada?Yes, the purchase can be made online via our online store.

Are Cinéma du Parc moviecards and gift cards accepted at Cinéma Beaubien and du Musée, and vice versa?Gift cards are accepted at all three cinemas. For cmoviecards: -If you have a cardboard moviecard with a barcode, it can be used in all three cinemas (on site, or on the websites). -If you have a plastic moviecard (old model), it is only valid in the cinema where you bought it.

What does "No pass" mean?This mention means that the passes offered during a promotion, a contest or during any other occasion will not be exchangeable at the box office counter for the said session.
