En 1967, alors qu’il se rend au mariage d’un ami, un jeune homme est pris à partie par un membre d’un gang local. Plus tard, les trois amis décident de faire justice eux-mêmes, ce qui mène à la mort du membre du gang. Pour échapper à la police et aux représailles, ils quittent Hong Kong. Ils se lancent alors dans le marché noir à Saïgon et se retrouvent mêlés à la guerre : d’abord arrêtés comme membres du Viet Cong, ils sont ensuite capturés par le Viet Cong lui-même. Leur amitié est mise à rude épreuve alors qu’ils tentent de s’évader.

In 1967, on the way to the wedding of a friend a young man is accosted by a local gang member. Later, the three friends administer justice, in the process of which the gang member is killed, so they leave Hong Kong to avoid the police and the gang. They run black market supplies to Saigon and get embroiled in the war, being arrested as Viet Cong, then later captured by the Viet Cong, and find that their friendship is tested to the limits as they try to escape.
